4. Discussion was had on the bid packages presented at the last meeting for upcoming Drainage and Road Improvements in The City of Ellinger, TXCDBG Contract No. 24-065-130-E988.
5. Motion was made by Matt Mikulenka to award D.L. Glover the contract for upcoming Drainage and Road Improvements in The City of Ellinger, TXCDBG Contract No. 24-065-130-E988.. Motion was 2nd by Cullen Weishuhn.
6. Motion was made by Matt Mikulenka adjourn the meeting. Motion was 2nd by Richard Minar
