City of Ellinger Minutes from the special meeting of the City of Ellinger held on June 25, 2026.
Attendance: Mayor Matt Mikulenka
Commissioner Cullen Weishuhn
Commissioner Richard Minar

1. Meeting was called to order by Mayor Matt Mikulenka at 6:00 pm at the City of Ellinger City Hall.
2. Public Comment: No public Comment
3. Meeting Minutes: Meeting Minutes were presented by Cullen Weishuhn. Motion to accept the minutes as read was made by Matt Mikulenka, motion was second by Cullen Weishuhn.
4. Treasurers Report: Treasurers report was presented by Matt Mikulenka,, Motion was second Cullen Weishuhn.
OLD Business: No Business
NEW Business:
1. Bids were presented for the Mit-Mod GLO Drainage Project E988. Motion was made by Mayor Mikulenka to accept all bids. Motion was 2nd by Cullen Weishuhn. Motion passed 3-0
2. Discussion was had on creating a City of Ellinger Facebook page. Motion was made by Mayor Mikulenka to create a Facebook page. Motion was 2nd by Cullen Weishuhn. Motion passed 3-0
3. Appointment for Treasurer for City of Ellinger, and secure bonding. Motion was made by Mayor Mikulenka to appoint Richard Minar as. Motion was 2nd Cullen Weishuhn. Motion passed 3-0.
4. Discussion was had on office building plans. Motion was made by Mayor Mikulenka to not move forward with architecture plans. Motion was 2nd by Cullen Weishuhn. Motion passed 3-0.
5. Discussion was had on the 2026-2027 budget. Motion was made Mayor Mikulenka to approve said budget. Motion was 2nd by Richard Minar. Motion passed 3-0.
6. Review and take action necessary for 2025-2026 fiscal year MOU with auditor. Motion was made by Matt Mikulenka to accept the terms of the auditor agreement presented by Trlicek & Co. P.C. Motion was 2nd by Cullen Weishuhn. Motion passed 3-0.
