City of Ellinger Minutes from the meeting of the City of Ellinger held on July 23, 2026.
Attendance: Mayor Matt Mikulenka
Commissioner Cullen Weishuhn
Commissioner Richard Minar
0 citizens were in attendance.
1. Meeting was called to order by Mayor Matt Mikulenka at 6:00 pm at the City of Ellinger City Hall.
2. Opening invocation was presented by Mayor Mikulenka
3. Motion was made by Mayor Mikulenka to open the meeting. Motion was 2nd Commissioner Minar.
4. Public Comment: No public Comment
5. Meeting Minutes: Meeting Minutes were presented by Cullen Weishuhn from the June 23rd meeting and the Special Meeting held on July 6th. Motion to accept the minutes as read was made by Matt Mikulenka, motion was second by Richard Minar.
6. Treasurers Report: Treasurers report was presented by Matt Mikulenka. Motion was second Cullen Weishuhn.
OLD Business: No Business
NEW Business:
1. Discussion was held on the City Facebook page on making ADA compliant.
2. Discussion was held on preliminary City Hall Building plans presented by Commissioner Minar. Motion was made by Mayor Mikulenka to finalize the building plans next meeting after the preliminary plans are revised. Motion was 2nd Commissioner Minar. Motion passed 3-0
3. It was mentioned that the 2025-2026 city audit is not ready due to sales tax that still needs to come in. Motion was made by Mayor Mikulenka to table the Audit till next meeting. Motion was 2nd Richard Minar. Motion passed 3-0
4. Motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Mayor Mikulenka. Motion 2nd by Commissioner Weishuhn
