Special Meeting Minutes 04/30/26

     City of Ellinger Minutes from the special meeting of the City of Ellinger held on April 30, 2026.

            Attendance:                Mayor Matt Mikulenka

Commissioner Cullen Weishuhn

Commissioner Kenny Stojanik

            2 citizens were in attendance.

1.      Meeting was called to order by Mayor Matt Mikulenka at 6:00 pm at the City of Ellinger City Hall.

2.      Public Comment:   No Public Comment

3.      NEW Business:

a.       Commissioner Weishuhn presented Resolution No. 39,: RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELLINGER, TEXAS REQUESTING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FROM THE TEXAS WATER DEVELOPMENT BOARD; AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION AND FILING OF AN APPLICATION FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE; AND MAKING CERTAIN FINDINGS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH

b.      Motion was made by Matt Mikulenka pass and accept the Resolution as read and to also select Langford Community Management Services Motion was 2nd by Cullen Weishuhn.

c.       Motion was made by Matt Mikulenka adjourn the meeting. Motion was 2^nd by Kenny Stojanik.
