Resolution #3: ROW usage tax for Bluebonnet Electric
Whereas, the City of Ellinger has electrical lines on our Right of Way (ROW),
Whereas, the City of Ellinger would have Bluebonnet Electric located at P O Box 240, Giddings, Texas 78942-0240, would be allowed to use the ROW of the City Of Ellinger for a fee that would be agreed upon by both parties,
Whereas, the money collected would be used for the General Fund of the City of Ellinger,
Resolve, the City of Ellinger be allowed to collect a ROW fee from Bluebonnet Electric at the earliest date possible.
