Resolution 2: PUC app

Resolution #2: Apply to the Public Utility Commission for right of way usage tax on telecommunication providers.

Whereas, the City of Ellinger would be allowed to collect a franchise tax for right of way used by telecommunication companies in the city limits of Ellinger,

Whereas, the City of Ellinger will use the income for general purpose use of the City,

Resolve, the the City, with the help of the Public Utility Commission, collect a fee as decided by the Public Utility Commission to be used for the General Fund of the City of Ellinger.
