     City of Ellinger Minutes from the special meeting of the City of Ellinger held on May 28, 2026.

            Attendance:                Mayor Matt Mikulenka

Commissioner Cullen Weishuhn

Commissioner Kenny Stojanik

            1 citizens were in attendance.

1.      Meeting was called to order by Mayor Matt Mikulenka at 6:00 pm at the City of Ellinger City Hall.

2.      Public Comment:   Barbara Weishuhn from Weishuhn Engineering, Inc. discussed TWDB HB 500 and asked for path forward on the application.

3.      Meeting Minutes: Meeting Minutes were presented by Cullen Weishuhn. Motion to accept the minutes as read was made by Matt Mikulenka, motion was second by Kenny Stojanik

4.      Treasurers Report: Treasurers report was presented by Matt Mikulenka,, Motion was second Cullen Weishuhn.

5.      NEW Business:

a.       An award was made to Frnka Electric for a construction contract for the Water Facilities Improvements in the City of Ellinger, TxCDBG Contract No. 24-065-130-E988.

Motion was made by Matt Mikulenka. Motion was 2^nd by Kenny Stojanik.

b.      Motion was made by Kenny Stojanik adjourn the meeting. Motion was 2^nd by Matt Mikulenka.
