Notice: Regular meeting of the City of Ellinger, Texas.

          In accordance with the provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the governing body of the City of Ellinger, Texas, will be held on August  28th, 2025 at 6:00pm at City Hall, located at 101 W. Shumacher St., Ellinger, Texas.

 Opening prayer

Public Hearing. 

Public comment.  All comments are limited to 3 minutes

Secretary report. Minutes from the previous meeting reviewed.

Treasurers report.  Review report and take action on bills and income as needed.

New Business:

1. Hear from local citizen/business about usage of City R.O.W.

2. Review and take action on agreement with Fayette county 911 address updates.

3. Consider and take action on reimbursing Fayette county animal shelter the cost of housing animals picked up in the City of Ellinger in 2024.

4. Review and approve ACH transfer for Bluebonnet and Colorado Valley Communications
