Notice: Special meeting of the City of Ellinger, Texas.

          In accordance with the provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the governing body of the City of Ellinger, Texas, will be held on September 24, 2026 at 6:00pm at City Hall, located at 101 W. Shumacher St., Ellinger, Texas.

 Pledge to the United States Flag.

 Pledge to the Texas Flag: Honor the Texas Flag: I pledge allegiance to thee, Texas,        one state under God, one and indivisible.

NEW Business:

1. Review and approve all bills.

2. Update on TDA 2027/2028 application

3. Discuss and take action on West Train street culvert.

4. Update on City Park, Signage and Access.

5. Discuss and take action on letter notices on trashy and overgrown lots.

6. Discuss office building plans and take action as deemed necessary.

7. Adjournment.
