Notice: Meeting of the City of Ellinger, Texas.

          In accordance with the provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the governing body of the City of Ellinger, Texas, will be held on October 22, 2026 at 6:00pm at City Hall, located at 101 W. Shumacher St., Ellinger, Texas.

 Pledge to the United States Flag.

OLD Business: No old business

NEW Business:

1. Review and approve all bills.

2. Update on TDA 2027/2028 application

3. Discuss, consider and adopt resolution authorizing the submission of a Texas Community Development Block Grant program application to the Texas Department of Agriculture for the  2027-2028 Community Development Fund

5. Discuss and take action on Mowing Right Of Ways.

6. Set November and December meeting  due to holidays

7. Adjournment.
