Notice: Special meeting of the City of Ellinger, Texas.

          In accordance with the provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the governing body of the City of Ellinger, Texas, will be held on August 27, 2026 at 6:00pm at City Hall, located at 101 W. Shumacher St., Ellinger, Texas.

 Pledge to the United States Flag.

OLD Business: No old business

NEW Business:

1. Review and approve all bills.

2. Review and take action necessary for 2025-2026 city audit.

3. Consider, Discuss and Approve authorization to issue requests for proposal for administrative services (RFP) and requests for qualifications for engineering services (RFQ) for grant community application and implementation services for Texas Community Development Grant Program for FY2027 and/or FY2028 Community .Development Fund as administered by the Texas Department of Agriculture.

4. Review and Discuss Resolution #40.

5. Discuss office building plans and take action as deemed necessary.

6. Adjournment.
