Notice: Special meeting of the City of Ellinger, Texas.

          In accordance with the provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the governing body of the City of Ellinger, Texas, will be held on June 26, 2026 at 6:00pm at City Hall, located at 101 W. Shumacher St., Ellinger, Texas.

 Pledge to the United States Flag.

 Opening prayer

NEW Business:

1. Accept all bids due for Mit-Mod GLO Drainage Project E988 and approve opening bids.

2. Discuss creating a City of Ellinger Facebook page.

3. Appoint Treasurer for City of Ellinger, and secure bonding.

4. Discuss office building plans and take action as deemed necessary.

5. Review and approve 2026-2027 budget.

6. Review and take action necessary for 2025-2026 fiscal year MOU with auditor
