Notice: Regular meeting of the City of Ellinger, Texas.

          In accordance with the provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the governing body of the City of Ellinger, Texas, will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at 6:00pm at City Hall, located at 101 W. Shumacher St., Ellinger, Texas.

 Pledge to the United States Flag.

 Opening prayer

Public comment.  All comments are limited to 3 minutes

Secretary report. Minutes from the previous meeting reviewed.

Treasurers report.  Review report and take action on bills and income as needed.

1. Accept all bids for MIT MOD, E988 generator for water well.

2. Evaluate/discuss bids and take action to award bid for water well generator if deemed necessary.

3. Draft letter in support of Fayette County procuring a grant for courthouse restoration.

4. Accept all RFQ, Administration and Engineering services for TWDB grant on behalf of  Ellinger Sewer and Water 2026. Determine date for award of services.

5. Review proposed bid for Architect services.

6. Discuss and set budget for Ellinger Welcome sign.
