In accordance with the provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the governing body of the City of Ellinger, Texas, will be held on September 26, 2024 at 6:00pm at City Hall, located at 101 W. Shumacher St., Ellinger, Texas.

3. Discuss and take action on 2023/2024 City Audit.
4. Discuss and take action on local agreement with Fayette County.
5. Rescind motion for FEMA administration.
6. Consider/Discuss/approve City of Ellinger authorization to issue requests for proposals for administrative services (RFP) as a disaster recovery management service provider to complete application and project implementation and requests for qualifications (RFQ) for engineering services for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Public Assistance (PA)/Hazard Mitigation Assistance (HMA) funding administered by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Texas Division of Emergency Management and/or Texas Water Development Board.
7. Accept scoring of RFQ’s for Administration services for 2025-2026 CDBG Fund Project Discuss and take action on Resolution of City of Ellinger Texas authorizing the award of Administrative/Project Delivery Service Provider Contract(s) for the 2025-2026 Texas Community Development Block Grant Fund Project.
