Notice: Regular meeting of the City of Ellinger, Texas.
In accordance with the provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the governing body of the City of Ellinger, Texas, will be held on August 29th, 2024 at 6:00pm at City Hall, located at 101 W. Shumacher St., Ellinger, Texas.

Opening prayer
Public comment. All comments are limited to 3 minutes
Secretary report. Minutes from the previous meeting reviewed.
Treasurers report. Review report and take action on bills and income as needed.
OLD Business:
1. Discuss Ellinger welcome sign size and lettering.
NEW Business:
1. Consider and Approve authorization to issue requests for proposal for administrative services (RFP) and requests for qualifications for engineering services (RFQ) for grant pre-application (Phase I), application (Phase II), and implementation services for Texas Community Development Grant Program for 2025/2026 Community Development Fund (and all eligible activities per the application guidance) as administered by the Texas Department of Agriculture.
2, Discuss, consider, and adopt resolution designating a disaster recovery management service provider to complete application and project implementation for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)" Public Assistance (PA)/Hazard Mitigation Assistance (HMA) funding administered by the Federal Emergen`cy Management Agency, Texas Division of Emergency Management and/or Texas Water Development Board."
