Public Hearing held on the 5th of October, 2022

Attending the meeting:

3 City officials: Matt Mikulenka, Kenneth Stojanik, Joseph Lamer

4 Citizens: Lucy Lamer, Michelle Simmons, Miranda Schlabach, Michael Schlabach.

3 Representatives from GrantWorks: Olivia Baumgardner, Jessica Austa, Annette Bargainer.

Meeting was called to order at 6:00pm by Mayor Matt Mikulenka. The Mayor passed out information on the Texas Community Development Block Grant Program. Input from the Citizens indicated that the immediate need of the City of Ellinger is to get fire hydrants installed that work. Other items brought up were the need for better drainage and the road upgrade.

Meeting was adjourned at 6:20pm.
