Notice: Special meeting of the City of Ellinger, Texas.

          In accordance with the provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the governing body of the City of Ellinger, Texas, will be held on October 12th, 2026 at 4:00pm at City Hall, located at 101 W. Shumacher St., Ellinger, Texas.

1. Discuss and take action to award administrative services for the 2027-2028 CDBG Funding.

RESOLUTION #41: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELLINGER TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF ADMINISTRATIVE/PROJECT DELIVERY SERVICE PROVIDER CONTRACT(S) FOR THE 2027-2028 TEXAS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUND PROJECT.
