NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the City Commission of the City of Ellinger, Texas, held a public hearing on February 23, 2023 at City Hall located at 101 W. Shumacher St., Ellinger, Texas at 6:00 P.M. and passed Ordinance No. 2023-01.
The public hearing was conducted for the purpose of receiving public comments and testimony regarding the proposed Ordinance listed below:
an ordinance of the city of ELLINGER, texas, regulating subdivisions in the city of ELLINGER and the City of ELLINGER’s extraterritorial jurisdiction, providing for enforcement of the ordinance; Setting procedures for the application for and approval of preliminary and final plats; Establishing standards for public utilities, property, park dedication, streets, and drainage; establishing requirements for construction plans; including findings of fact, enactment provisions, repealer, severability, publication, effective date, public notice & meeting.
Notice is hereby given that the Ordinance 2023-01 includes, amongst other provisions, a new penalty for violations of the Ordinance.
