Whereas, the City of Ellinger is the is the fee owner of Block 3 as shown on the “Plan of Ellinger”, recorded in Vol. 125, Pg. 598, of the Fayette County Deed Records,

Whereas, the Engelmann Land Services Inc. is a subcontractor for Magnolia Oil and Gas who is leasing property in the area for the purpose of exploring oil and gas opportunities,

Resolve, that the City of Ellinger agrees to the terms and conditions provided in the lease and therefore agree to lease said Block 3 to Magnolia Oil and Gas.
